Meet at The Herts Young Mariners Base at 8am on the19th & 8.30am on the 20th June 2010.

In addition to the information in the trip from , it is an un written rule that whichever day you attend you will be expected to either help to erect the course or to dismantle it, this can be a wet job.

The minibus will be going each day but space is limited to seats 11, so additional cars may be needed.

Cars taken to the course are not permitted to park at the course. You may take a car in to unload, but it must go out afterwards. It is suggested that you park on the other side of Priory Lake, (5 minute walk to site).

You will need to bring a completed tip form. As all forms require a signature, these need to be brought on the day or before.

£10 if you are a member £15 if you are not a member. All in an envelope with both your name on it & Dave Rudland. On arrival at the base.

You will need to bring at least 1 full change of clothes, a towel, plenty of food, packed lunch, a drink/s. Tie on footwear that WILL get wet, A wetsuite if you have one. Waterproofs in case it is wet & cold. No valuables, the organisers will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables. Although there will be non paddlers about, the site is a public park, so be careful of your gear.

We anticipate arriving back at the Base for 6.30pm. Parents will be phoned ½ hour before we get to the base.
